Generations of Experience

At our ranch we have always enjoyed raising our beef on the peaceful rolling green pastures. We are a family operation where everyone gets involved to some degree whether in doing the daily chores, building fence, tagging new calves, baling hay, or that occasional midnight roundup that comes right after a call from the neighbors.

We enjoy it all because we like raising cattle and we like providing quality beef to customers who want to know where their beef came from and the rancher who can tell them how it was treated. People come to us because they don’t want to roll the dice at the supermarket or big box store and have no idea where that beef originated or where it was processed.

It has always been a dream for us to be able to provide quality beef to more people than just family and friends. We want to reach a wider audience and provide others with the same exquisite taste of beef that we enjoy as ranchers. We want them to have the same comfort of knowing that they have beef in the freezer.

Our beef has great flavor whether it is grilled, smoked, or any other way that quality beef can be prepared. The best time to grill or prepare a meal with fresh beef is anytime and having beef on hand is half the battle.

Our customers want to put a steak on the grill or a roast in the slow cooker and be able to say that they know where it came from and they know the rancher. They enjoy the fact that they have a source for beef that comes from the Midwest where the pastures are thick and green and the grain grows right next to the cattle. If you’ve ever had a quality steak from the Midwest, you know what we’re talking about.

All of our beef is taken to a small local processor where it is aged and is USDA inspected. Then, it is shipped directly to your door for your family to enjoy. All cuts are processed using the least amount of handling as possible.
